2. Services

We provide website development, backend systems, AI integration, and custom software. Scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Payment

Projects typically require a deposit (30–50%) before work starts, with milestone payments throughout. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom work created for your project. We retain rights to reusable components and frameworks.

5. Warranties

We warrant our work is free from material defects for 30 days post-launch. Ongoing support is available via maintenance agreements.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
